If you’re looking for an extreme drinking experience, Beithir Fire might be just what you need—if you can handle it.

This Scottish-style barley ale is known as the world’s strongest beer.

These beers pack a staggering 75% ABV (Alcohol By Volume) and come with a warning label urging drinkers not to exceed 35ml in one sitting.

Brewed for two months and then blended with pure Scottish spirit, Beithir Fire undergoes fermentation and triple filtration to achieve its potent punch.

Launched in 2021 by Scotland’s 88Brewery, the beer quickly gained a reputation for its intense alcohol content and the unusual sensation it creates, as it reportedly makes your tongue go numb.

“At 75% ABV, Beithir Fire is officially the world’s strongest beer,” states the 88Brewery website.

“This beer is not for the faint-hearted; it is recommended to enjoy in small doses of 35ml measures. We are not responsible for the risks you may take and don’t encourage you to be the hard(wo)man.”

The beer recently went viral on TikTok after Dan from @1minutebeerreview took a sip and immediately felt his throat burn and his tongue go numb.

“It tastes like burning, I need to go and lie down,” Dan said, wiping sweat from his brow after sampling the potent brew.

Beithir Fire isn’t just strong; it’s also one of the most expensive beers in the world.

If you want to try one, you will have to part with £45.95 ($58) per bottle.

Whether it’s worth the price depends on your taste for adventure — and perhaps your tolerance for the burning sensation that comes with each sip.
