The outbreak is believed to be linked to sliced deli meats, which have caused 28 illnesses and two deaths across multiple states.

The outbreak has affected people in Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
