Published in Experimental Gerontology, the 2024 study analyzed the biological age of 11 organs in over 5,000 volunteers and tracked more than 4,000 proteins in their blood.

Researchers found that around 20% of people show signs of accelerated aging in at least one organ —
but this was not observed in individuals with blood type B.
