Bryan Johnson, a millionaire biohacker, has reportedly undergone a unique process to reverse the aging of his body, focusing particularly on his penis.

The 46-year-old, who sold his payment processing tech business Braintree Venmo to PayPal for $800 million, is now using his wealth to fund an intensive anti-aging regimen.

Johnson has been utilizing focused shock wave therapy, a method akin to treatments for joint and ligament injuries, to enhance his nighttime erections.

He explained this process on The Diary of a CEO podcast, emphasizing the importance of tracking nighttime erections as a health indicator, particularly for cardiovascular health.

Johnson's holistic approach to anti-aging extends beyond this specific therapy.

He is under the close supervision of Dr. Oliver Zolman, a Cambridge-based anti-aging expert, and a team of 30 doctors. They monitor various aspects of his health, including blood, heart, liver, kidneys, brain, and sexual health.

His regimen is stringent and involves consuming 80 vitamins and mineral supplements daily, adhering to a precise 1,977-calorie diet rich in vegetables, nuts, and berries.

Johnson also maintains a disciplined exercise routine, regular sleep schedule, and employs various technologies to rejuvenate different body parts, including laser treatments for skin and electromagnets for pelvic floor muscles.

This unconventional approach to anti-aging has placed Johnson at the forefront of biohacking, a movement focused on using science and technology to make one's body function better and more efficiently.
