Several food products have been recalled nationwide this week, due to risks ranging from metal fragments and wood-like material to bacterial contamination and botulism concerns.

Here’s a full breakdown of the latest recalls, as reported by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

This was reported by EatingWell.

Look for packaging marked with:

The recalled products were sold in California and Illinois. The USDA warns consumers not to eat the affected products and to seek medical help if any symptoms or injuries occur.

What To Do if You Have a Recalled Product

For any product mentioned, stop using it immediately. Most stores will offer a full refund with or without a receipt. For additional details or to report a reaction or injury.
