3 eggs
4.2 ounces (120 grams) of white chocolate
4.2 ounces (120 grams) of cream cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
Prepare the eggs by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, add the cream cheese while the chocolate is still over the double boiler.
Combine ingredients: Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the egg yolks. Fold one-third of the beaten egg whites into the mixture. Once smooth, gently fold in the remaining egg whites in two parts.
Prepare the pan by lining it with greased baking paper. Pour the batter into the pan and tap it gently against the table to remove air bubbles.
