Shared by YouTube user ochikeron, this recipe has taken social media by storm. It's a quick, light dessert that can be made with simple, budget-friendly ingredients.

If you want to try it at home, here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 4.2 ounces (120 grams) of white chocolate

  • 4.2 ounces (120 grams) of cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).

  2. Prepare the eggs by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  3. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, add the cream cheese while the chocolate is still over the double boiler.

  4. Combine ingredients: Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the egg yolks. Fold one-third of the beaten egg whites into the mixture. Once smooth, gently fold in the remaining egg whites in two parts.

  5. Prepare the pan by lining it with greased baking paper. Pour the batter into the pan and tap it gently against the table to remove air bubbles.

  6. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Reduce to 320°F (160°C) and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake bake for another 15 minutes with the residual heat.

  7. Optional: Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.

This Japanese cheesecake is perfect for both seasoned bakers and those new to the kitchen looking for a quick, delicious dessert.

Give it a try, and you might just find yourself making it over and over again.
