Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the FSB, has briefed Russian President Vladimir Putin on the capture of 11 individuals, encompassing all 4 terrorists responsible for the Crocus City Hall attack.
This development was conveyed by the Kremlin's press service.
"The head of the FSB has reported to Putin on the detention of 11 people, including all 4 terrorists directly involved in the Crocus terrorist attack," stated the Kremlin press service, with the news disseminated by RIA Novosti.
In addition, State Duma Deputy Alexander Khinshtein revealed the arrest of two suspects linked to the terrorist act.
He pointed out that authorities discovered a Makarov pistol, an AKM magazine, and Tajikistani passports inside the vehicle presumed to belong to the terrorists.
