"German authorities announced a major victory against cocaine trafficking earlier today.
The Stuttgart Customs Investigation Office and the Düsseldorf Public Prosecutor's Office revealed that they have seized dozens of tons of cocaine, valued at several billion euros.
The authorities have named it the largest drug bust in the country's history, as reported by Kurier.
The extensive operation involved searches in seven federal states, leading to the execution of seven arrest warrants.
Raids were conducted in multiple locations including Bonn, Cologne, Leverkusen, and Wachtberg in North Rhine-Westphalia, Munich in Bavaria, Berlin, Hamburg, Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg, Heidekreis in Lower Saxony, and Frankfurt am Main in Hesse.
Further details of the investigation will be provided at a press conference in Düsseldorf on Monday."
