The 2024 US presidential election campaign is heating up.

The 2024 US presidential election campaign is intensifying as tensions rise between the candidates from both major parties.

In a recent campaign rally in Rochester, Pennsylvania, Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee-elect, indirectly called former President Donald Trump a "coward."

Speaking to the crowd, Harris criticized the current political climate, which she described as a "perversion" where leadership is measured by how many people one can put down.

“Anyone who puts other people down is a coward,” Harris declared, clearly alluding to Trump, who had recently labeled his opponents “radicals” and “crazy” in the same region.

As Harris ramps up her criticism, Trump is facing increased scrutiny over his finances, according to Die Welt.

The former president, who is running again as the Republican candidate, recently submitted a detailed financial report that includes income details for his wife, Melania Trump. According to The Daily Mail, Melania earned around $237,000 in April 2024 for a single appearance at a fundraiser for the Log Cabin Republicans, a conservative LGBTQ group.

This financial disclosure has sparked further debates about Trump's ethical standards and the potential influence of his personal life on his political career.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are preparing for their party convention in Chicago, where Harris will be officially nominated as the presidential candidate.

The event will also feature appearances by President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and former President Bill Clinton. However, the convention may also see pro-Palestinian protests against US support for Israel.

These developments indicate that the 2024 US election campaign is entering a highly charged phase, with personal attacks, financial revelations, and political demonstrations playing key roles in the unfolding drama.
