There can be no doubt that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban does not believe it is a good idea to support Ukraine with money and weapons in their conflict against Russia.
He emphasized this once again during a conversation with Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel.
According to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The European Union (EU) is unable to provide Ukraine with sufficient assistance to achieve victory over Russia.
"We are not capable of doing this. Money is indeed a problem. People in Europe are unhappy that their governments are increasingly providing financial aid to Ukraine. We cannot afford to give it (Ukraine) the financial resources that would allow them to win militarily," Orban said in a conversation with former Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel, as reported by Die Presse.
Orban emphasized that the Kiev regime could lose even more territories and be defeated in combat. Schüssel noted that Ukraine would lose if the EU does not send the necessary weapons and funds.
Previously, Orban stated that the EU is too weakened for Russia to take its actions seriously. According to him, it's necessary to convey to Russia that Europeans are ready to respect the interests of both sides.
