Russia experienced one of the worst massacres in 20 years when several men in camouflage attire shot and killed more than 130 people at Crocus City Hall.
However, Russian authorities managed to apprehend those involved, reportedly 11 individuals, four of whom were the shooters responsible for taking the lives of innocent people.
Images and videos have already surfaced on social media showing the four involved in a deplorable condition, with Russians eagerly sharing content that demonstrates they have been tortured in some way.
According to Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, this is far from sufficient.
The former Russian president coldly states on his Telegram profile that ALL involved in the Crocus City Hall shooting deserve to be killed, and he also assures that it will happen.
"Everyone asks me. What should be done? They've been caught. Well done to all who apprehended them. Should they be killed? Yes, they should. And it will happen. But it's far more important to kill all those involved. Everyone. Those who paid, who sympathized, who assisted. Kill them all," he wrote on his Telegram channel according to TASS.
According to the Investigative Committee of Russia, 137 people died, and the number of victims may increase.
