Michelle, a mother traveling with her four-year-old son, was looking forward to a pleasant stay at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Germantown, Maryland. However, her expectations quickly turned into a nightmare when another female guest warned her.
Upon arrival, Michelle was shown a video that confirmed the snake issue was not just a rumor.
Later, she was horrified to discover a snake in the hotel's hot tub. Michelle also recounted an incident where a snake had entered a hotel room, "literally sliding under a door," as she described it.
Michelle was informed by the hotel staff that they had been dealing with the snake problem for several days, likely due to nearby wetlands.
Although the hotel attempted to remove the snakes, Michelle felt their efforts were insufficient. She noted that the snakes were simply placed outside the door, only to return shortly after.
Frustrated by the ordeal, Michelle decided to leave the hotel and requested a full refund. However, she has only received half of the amount, approximately $300 so far.
