Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, detailed the incident on his Telegram channel, describing how Russian forces targeted a village within the Chervonohryhorivka community.

Lysak's report came just after updates on a series of attacks earlier in the day, which saw 12 separate artillery barrages aimed at Nikopol.
