On October 21, Russian forces dropped an explosive device from a drone onto an ambulance crew responding to a call in Kherson's Dnipro district, Ukraine.

"Two personnel were injured. They are men aged 44 and 47, who sustained blast injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds to their legs. Both victims were taken to the hospital for medical treatment," reported the Kherson Regional Military Administration (OVA).

Earlier that day, Russian forces also attacked a civilian in the same district using a drone. "At the time of the strike, a 48-year-old man was outside. He suffered a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. He was hospitalized for medical assistance," said the Kherson OVA.

Russian forces have been systematically targeting Ukrainian civilians in frontline areas with FPV drones. These attacks not only cause direct harm but also serve as training for drone operators before they are deployed to military zones.
