During an interview with FOX News, Zelenskyy responded to Trump's claim of being able to swiftly resolve the conflict: "He will not be able to solve this problem; this tragedy."
Zelenskyy once again extended his invitation to Trump to visit the front lines to gain a better understanding of the situation.
"And he will tell me what he thinks. Maybe he has some ideas. I don't know," the Ukrainian President said.
He also mentioned his respect for all who support Ukraine or strive to understand the war's dynamics, its origins, and the current situation on the ground.
Zelenskyy believes that witnessing the realities of the war would make Trump reconsider his stance on a quick resolution and recognize that the conflict is driven by "only one enemy – Putin's ideology."
The interview, conducted near the conflict's front lines, underscored Zelenskyy's point about the significance of experiencing the war's conditions up close.
He stressed that it's crucial for the United States to see all sides of the war, from the capital city to the battle zones, and talked about why where they spoke matters.
