Ukrainian forces kill 550 Russian soldiers, destroy 33 artillery systems and 11 armoured combat vehicles over past 24 hours

Over the last day, they have successfully neutralized 550 Russian soldiers, rendering 33 artillery systems, 11 armoured combat vehicles, and eight tanks inoperative.

To provide a broader perspective on the conflict, between 24 February 2022 and 12 September 2023, the Russian military has suffered substantial losses. The cumulative figures, with the most recent losses indicated in brackets, are as follows:

• Military personnel: approximately 269,760 (+550)

• Tanks: 4,568 (+8)

• Armoured combat vehicles: 8,778 (+11)

• Artillery systems: 5,872 (+33)

• Multiple-launch rocket systems: 764 (+4)

• Air defence systems: 515 (+3)

• Fixed-wing aircraft: 315

• Helicopters: 316

• Tactical UAVs: 4,645 (+17)

• Cruise missiles: 1,455

• Ships/boats: 19

• Vehicles and tankers: 8,413 (+43)

• Other vehicles and equipment: 881 (+4)
