Former President Donald Trump recently voiced his concerns to donors about Jewish voter support, claiming that the majority vote against him due to a "curse" from the Democratic Party.

Support Increased Among Jewish Voters

Speaking at the Israeli-American Council's national conference in Washington on September 19, Trump utilized hyperbolic language to warn that a victory for his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, could threaten Israel's existence, according to Ziare.

During his speech, Trump claimed that his support among Jewish voters had increased from 25% in 2016 to 29% in 2020.

"Based on what I've done and the love I share with you, I should be at 100%," he stated, despite recent polling showing him below 40% among this demographic.

He lamented that "60% would vote for someone who hates Israel," attributing this to the influence of the Democratic Party.

Accuse Harris of Being 'anti-Jewish'

Critics have pointed out that Trump has been linked to extremist figures promoting antisemitic rhetoric. Nonetheless, he emphasized his record, including relocating the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem and recognizing Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.

Additionally, Trump criticized Harris for her handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict, claiming she has failed to support the Jewish community. He characterized her as "anti-Israel" and "anti-Jewish," despite her marriage to a Jewish man.

In a separate appearance, Trump made alarming comments about immigrants, suggesting they could threaten his safety. This follows recent incidents involving threats against him, heightening tensions around his campaign.
