1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
5.3 oz (150 g) Nutella
2/3 cup (75 g) powdered sugar

Cookie base: Start by finely crushing 3.5 oz (100 g) of the Graham crackers. You can do this in a blender or by placing the cookies in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. The remaining 1.8 oz (50 g) of Graham crackers will be used as a topping.

Divide the crushed cookie mixture among the bottoms of 4 glasses.
Cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, Nutella, and powdered sugar. Beat well until completely smooth and creamy.
