4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 ½ cups milk
2 cups shredded cheese
2 ½ lbs potatoes
Step 1 – Prep the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish to get it ready for the potatoes.
Step 2 – Melt the Butter

Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Cook while stirring until the mixture starts to bubble.
