Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will continue to feature an integrated S Pen.

This announcement comes as a major relief for fans, following speculation that the company might ditch the digital pen in favor of AI-driven features.

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly central to smartphones, Samsung isn’t replacing the S Pen—it’s enhancing it.

The popular “Sketch to Image” feature, already available on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, uses AI to transform simple sketches into fully rendered images. The S Pen remains key to this process, offering a level of precision that fingers simply can’t match.

Samsung sees the digital pen as a defining element of the Ultra series, and according to Giga, it will remain an essential part of the flagship model for the foreseeable future.

More Upgrades on the Horizon

While Samsung hasn’t revealed all the details about the Galaxy S26 Ultra just yet, experts expect a range of improvements—including an upgraded display, faster charging, and even more advanced AI tools designed to work in tandem with the S Pen.

By keeping the stylus, Samsung maintains a competitive edge.

No other major smartphone manufacturer currently offers a built-in stylus with the same level of integration and functionality.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to launch in early 2026, bringing together cutting-edge AI tools and the beloved precision of the S Pen.

Samsung continues to invest in features that set its top models apart—making them not just smart, but user-friendly and versatile.

It’ll be exciting to see how the new model is received once it’s officially unveiled.
