The 60-second health check monitors heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and vascular age, while the built-in ECG function offers deeper heart monitoring. The watch also provides real-time carbohydrate consumption analysis during workouts.
Unlike Samsung’s Galaxy Watch lineup, which is optimized for Samsung devices, the OnePlus Watch 3 runs Wear OS 5 with full access to the Google Play Store. This means it works seamlessly with any Android smartphone, giving it a broader appeal.
