Xu Laifu, a poodle from Jiangsu Province in China, is not your average dog.
This adorable canine can ride a bicycle as well as a young child, using his front legs to steer and his hind legs to pedal.
Videos of him riding a bike around a basketball court have gone viral across social media, first in China and then across other Asian countries.
Laifu recently gained even more attention after being featured by Japan’s Fuji News Network, where footage of his bike-riding skills left viewers speechless.
According to the Japanese outlet, Laifu’s owner spent about a year training him to ride a bicycle, and the poodle apparently enjoyed every minute of it.
Not Just a One-Trick Poodle
But cycling isn’t Laifu’s only talent.
His owner also taught him to ride a skateboard, a skill he mastered in just five days. This adds another layer to the poodle's impressive resume.
