In the Kherson region near the village of Mykilske, a civilian was severely injured after stepping on a Russian landmine, according to a report by the Kherson Regional Military Administration

The 49-year-old local resident was injured by a "petal" anti-personnel mine, resulting in an explosive injury and the partial amputation of his foot.

He was immediately transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

Just a day earlier, during the evacuation of another mine victim in the Kherson region, a police car detonated an explosive device under its wheels.
