Deadly Attacks Across Ukraine: 7 Killed, 36 wounded

During the past day Ukraine has suffered fatal attacks from Russia across the country.

Russian attacks across Ukraine was reported on morning of Aug. 28 to have killed at least seven civilians and injured 36 between Aug. 27-28, according to regional authorities writes The Kyiv Independent.

In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, a 70-year-old man was killed in Marhanets, Nikopol district. In Donetsk Oblast, two people were injured in Selydove, and one in Kostiantynivka.

Kharkiv Oblast suffered significant casualties, with one person killed and 14 injured, including seven from an attack in Bohodukhiv, where a 72-year-old man died.

An attack in Izium with a Tornado multiple rocket launcher injured five people, and several others, including children. Additional injuries were reported in the villages of Tsyrkuny, Kozacha Lopan, and Piatyhirske.

In Kherson Oblast, Russian attacks killed two people and injured 14. In Sumy Oblast, a drone strike in Krasnopillia left one civilian injured.

Zaporizhzhia was also heavily hit, with a Russian drone attack killing two elderly women and a 61-year-old man. Four others were also injured in the attack.

Though Chernihiv, Luhansk, and Mykolaiv oblasts were also attacked, no casualties were reported in those regions.
