On November 4, local police reported that Russian forces conducted an airstrike using FAB-250 guided bombs on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. The attack injured at least 14 individuals, including four police officers.
The explosion caused extensive damage to a supermarket, several residential high-rise buildings, and a range of non-residential facilities. The blast shattered windows in various nearby structures, including those at a local market.
Among the injured, four police officers sustained blast-related injuries and other trauma.
In an earlier incident, a Russian drone strike damaged university buildings in Kyiv, prompting students to switch to remote learning.
