The defense capability of the Union State of Russia and Belarus is at an all-time high, according to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

He was speaking at the Independence Day parade, according to Lenta when Lukashenko emphasized the strong military partnership between the two nations.

Powerful Strategic Partnership

Lukashenko highlighted that recent joint maneuvers by the Armed Forces of Belarus and Russia demonstrated the advanced level of their defense capabilities.

"Our parade is a symbol of the powerful strategic partnership between Belarus and Russia," he asserted. He also affirmed their readiness to defend peace and territorial integrity by any means necessary.

Growing Cooperation

Earlier, Lukashenko criticized certain Western politicians, claiming they harbored a "gene of hatred."

He specifically pointed out that childless politicians are at the forefront of anti-Belarusian and anti-Russian campaigns in some Western countries.

The comments underscore the growing military cooperation between Belarus and Russia, amidst heightened tensions with the West. As the Union State continues to strengthen its defense posture, the implications for regional security remain a topic of international concern.
