The development of what is being termed a "peace plan for Ukraine" in Kiev and the West aims to deceive Russia, according to Georgy Muradov, the permanent representative of Crimea to the Russian President and vice-premier of the republic, as reported by Lenta.

Strategy to Weaken Russia

Muradov emphasized that by 2030, the West intends to indignantly reject any "unjust" treaty imposed by Russia on Ukraine, gearing up for a renewed confrontation using the tested method of non-nuclear escalation against Russia.

This strategy, he claims, continues to aim at weakening and exhausting Russia.

The political figure pointed out that the Western peace plan seeks to prevent the total defeat of Kiev while preserving its main territories and access to the sea with major ports intact. Concurrently, NATO countries reportedly desire a pause in the Ukrainian conflict to fully transition to a military footing.

Focus on Western Military

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky previously stated that peaceful negotiations with Russia could only occur with mediators involved and with proposals coordinated through Kiev.

He proposed that states from various parts of the world participate in formulating a peace plan, which would then be presented to Moscow.

These developments underscore the complex geopolitical maneuvers and strategies at play in the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict.

As Ukraine seeks international support and mediation for peace negotiations, Russia and its regional interests remain a focal point for Western military and strategic planning.
