On January 13, Russian forces killed two civilians and injured two others in the Donetsk region, according to Vadym Filashkin, head of the regional state administration.
"On January 13, the Russians killed two residents of the Donetsk region—in Chasiv Yar. Two more people were injured during the day," Filashkin announced on Facebook.
Filashkin noted that the total civilian casualties in the Donetsk region now stand at 2,928 killed and 6,573 injured, excluding figures from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
The latest attack involved an artillery strike on Chasiv Yar, which claimed the lives of two women, aged 60 and 66.
