China has reportedly created a new high-powered microwave weapon that merges electromagnetic waves with ultra-precise timing technology, producing an intense energy beam.

Achieved Unprecedented Accuracy

The system, currently undergoing military testing, uses multiple transmission sources stationed across different locations to emit microwave beams that converge into a powerful, unified energy stream capable of disabling its targets.

This technology is likened to the iconic “Death Star” in Star Wars, where a space station combines multiple laser beams into a single, destructive force, according to Digi24.

Until now, creating such a synchronized energy system was considered highly challenging, as each microwave beam needs to reach the target at the exact same time and in precise alignment to produce maximum power.

The Chinese research team reportedly overcame this issue with a setup of seven microwave-transmitting vehicles in western China, achieving unprecedented accuracy in positioning and timing.

Suppress GPS Signals

Scientists report that the device can effectively suppress GPS signals and satellite communications.

They achieved this precision by linking the timing devices on each transmission platform through fiber optics, enabling timing accuracy down to picoseconds — one-trillionth of a second.

This level of accuracy surpasses even the atomic clocks used in GPS satellites.

China’s researchers claim a breakthrough in time synchronization last year, achieving precision within 10 picoseconds over a distance of 1,800 kilometers using fiber-optic cables, a record that underscores China’s advancements in high-tech weaponry.
