Jeff Bezos, the founder and former CEO of Amazon, has reclaimed the top spot on Bloomberg's ranking of the world's richest individuals.
According to Bloomberg, Bezos's net worth has surged to $205 billion, marking an increase of $27.9 billion since the beginning of the year.
Bezos's impressive financial growth has edged out French businessman Bernard Arnault, who now holds second place.
Arnault, who has a controlling stake in luxury goods company LVMH, has a fortune of $203 billion.
