  • Utah

  • Wyoming

  • Idaho

  • Iowa

  • Missouri

  • Montana

  • Nebraska

E. Coli Symptoms to Watch For

E. coli can cause serious illness, with symptoms like stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. Vulnerable groups, including young children, people 65 and older, and immunocompromised individuals, may experience more severe cases.

If you’ve eaten a Quarter Pounder recently and are experiencing any of these symptoms, it’s important to contact your healthcare provider.

The most recent illness was reported on October 11, 2024, so be aware of any potential symptoms if you've consumed a Quarter Pounder in the last few weeks.
