A foreign military officer attending a reception hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin accidentally broke a champagne glass, causing a brief stir at the Admiralty building in St. Petersburg.

Commanders From All Over the World

The incident occurred following the Navy Day parade, where military leaders from various countries were gathered, according to Lenta.

President Putin, maintaining a composed demeanor, reassured the guest with a few kind words.

The gathering included commanders from China, Algeria, India, and other friendly nations such as Azerbaijan, Vietnam, and Egypt. Also in attendance were Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov and Navy Admiral Alexander Moiseyev.
