Rupert Murdoch, the well-known conservative media mogul who is 92 years old, is getting married for the sixth time, according to sources close to ABC News.
He is engaged to Elena Zhukova, a retired scientist. This news comes shortly after Murdoch handed over control of his conservative media empire to his son, Lachlan Murdoch.
The couple plans to tie the knot in June at Murdoch's estate and vineyard in California, known as Moraga.
Zhukova is 66 years old and has been mentioned in recent media reports as the mother of a daughter who was married to Roman Abramovich, identified by the U.S. government as a Russian oligarch whose yacht has been seized.
Last August, it was announced that Murdoch's engagement to his previous fiancée, Ann Lesley Smith, had ended.
A representative has confirmed Murdoch's latest engagement.
