Researchers Push Vatican to Reveal Alleged UFO Files

For years, people have speculated about what secrets the Vatican keeps locked away.
Its archives stretch over 50 miles underground and are not open to the public. Many have wondered what could be hidden inside.
One theory gaining attention again is that the Catholic Church may be hiding evidence of contact with extraterrestrial life, according to Ziare.
Now, this idea is back in the spotlight following the death of Pope Francis.

A well-known UFO researcher, Mark Christopher Lee, is urging the next Pope to finally reveal the truth.
Lee believes that the Vatican has hundreds of files related to UFO sightings.
Some of these documents, he claims, could be hundreds of years old.
Lee has studied religion and alien-related stories for more than 30 years. He thinks many “divine encounters” in religious texts may actually be early reports of contact with non-human beings.
One example he brings up is the famous Third Secret of Fatima. In 1917, three children in Portugal said they saw a glowing figure in the sky.
The Vatican has always said it was the Virgin Mary. But Lee believes it was something else—possibly an alien presence.
The Church released its version of the Fatima message in 2000. But Lee and other researchers are not convinced it told the full story.
Lee’s theory got new support last year. A former U.S. intelligence officer, David Grusch, said the Vatican has known about aliens for decades.
He claims that a UFO crashed in Italy during the 1930s. The Italian government recovered it.
The Vatican helped keep it quiet. Grusch also said the Church shared details with the U.S. government.
Why hasn’t the Vatican said anything publicly? Some believe it fears public panic. Others say it’s worried about the impact on faith.
But Lee thinks people are ready. He says with modern telescopes already finding possible signs of life on distant planets, the Vatican will soon have no choice but to tell what it knows.
He adds that some of the UFOs might not be aliens at all—but secret military tech. Either way, people deserve answers.
