There is no doubt that the Swiss winner of Eurovision, Nemo, was thrilled with his victory last night.

Nemo, who surprised by beating Croatia, went on stage and jubilated, but at the same time, the Swiss accidentally smashed the trophy against the stage floor, breaking it.

You can see the incident further down in the article.

Eurovision packed with drama

Whether you're a fan of Eurovision or not, there's no doubt that the 2024 edition will be one not soon forgotten.

The singing competition contained all the drama that has been missing in recent years.

There were demonstrations and protests prior to the competition when Israel was allowed to participate. In addition, there was mystery and drama about the Dutch participant, Joost Klein, who was expelled from the competition just hours before the final.

Additionally, a minor drama occurred when Nemo smashed his trophy, and not least when the Irish participant was interviewed after his defeat.

Singer Bambie Thug, who has opposed Israel's participation in this year's Eurovision, went completely berserk when Israel finished just above Ireland in the overall standings.

This led Bambie Thug, among other things, to call the Eurovision organizer, EBU, all sorts of names.

Now, back to what it all was about. Below, you can see the moment where Nemo destroys the Eurovision trophy.
