The latest venture by popular YouTuber MrBeast, inspired by the hit series "Squid Game," has faced serious controversies, including health concerns and fairness issues.

Admitted to Hospital for Dehydration and Malnutrition

According to Tag24 the show, featuring 1,000 contestants vying for a grand prize of $5 million, has encountered significant problems since its July 19 debut.

According to updates from the website "Vital Vegas," the production has been plagued by health issues. Reports indicate that numerous participants were admitted to a hospital due to dehydration and malnutrition.

A medical professional stated that the situation became chaotic, with several evacuations occurring.

“The production was not prepared for the scale of the issue. The on-site medical staff, limited to basic needs, was overwhelmed,” the source revealed. There were also reports of fractures among participants.

Adding to the controversy, contestants have complained about the show’s management of medications. Participants were reportedly required to provide their medication for the entire duration of the production, yet as of July 20, no doses had been administered. Issues also arose with dietary provisions; diabetics and others were reportedly denied food and water, leading to seizures in some cases.

Rigged Games

Concerns about fairness have also been voiced. An insider claimed that the competitions were designed to favor young, strong male participants, disadvantaging female and older contestants and compromising the fairness of the challenges.

Further complicating matters, a former employee recently released a video accusing MrBeast of deceptive practices. The video alleges that many of MrBeast’s competition clips were manipulated, with winnings often going to friends rather than randomly selected fans. Additionally, it claims MrBeast engaged in illegal gambling practices and misled his young audience, turning product purchases into a form of illegal lottery.

MrBeast has yet to address these allegations publicly.
