Green called for stronger action this time around, saying: “We need a Senate that will convict him this time.”
Trump Compared to Goliath

Green referred to Trump as “a Goliath” who controls the military generals and the Justice Department — painting him as a powerful but beatable adversary.
“For Every Goliath, There Is a David”

“But my friends,” Green continued, “for every Goliath, there is a David.” The Texas Democrat made it clear that he sees himself in that role.
Impeachment Threat Delivered

Looking directly into the cameras, Green declared: “Mr. President, this David will bring impeachment articles against you within the next 30 days.”

Not His First Attempt

This isn’t the first time Green has promised impeachment. According to reports, he made a similar vow two months ago — and led failed efforts during Trump’s first term.
