Kirill Dmitriev, Putin’s envoy for international cooperation, says the two countries have begun discussing joint rare earth mineral extraction projects in Russia.

Speaking to Russian newspaper Izvestia, Dmitriev said, “We have, of course, begun discussing various rare earth elements and other projects in Russia.”
