The village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovy in the Kharkiv region experienced a tragic event on April 3rd, as it came under shelling from the Russian military. According to Kharkiv Oblast police, the attack occurred around 11:00 a.m. on April 3.
An elderly man was injured as a result of the shelling. Following the attack, emergency services swiftly responded, and the wounded man was promptly taken to a hospital for medical treatment. The severity of his injuries remains undisclosed.
Investigation Underway
In the aftermath of the shelling, a comprehensive investigation has been launched. An investigative and operative group, alongside forensic experts and explosives technicians, are currently working at the sites of the hits.
Furthermore, law enforcement officers have initiated criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war.
