According to information from RIA, a Russian news agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a total of 16 Ukrainian drones were shot down overnight.
The Russian missile defense systems successfully neutralized 13 drones over Crimea and three additional ones over the Volgograd region.
According to N-tv.de, on Thursday, further Russian shelling in the south and east of Ukraine resulted in several fatalities. The regional military administration in the village of Tschornobajiwka in the Kherson region reports three deaths and at least five injuries.
The head of the administration, Olexander Prokudin, announced that the attack was carried out using cluster bombs. Additionally, two children were injured in another assault. In the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, authorities report two civilians killed and one injured in artillery shelling.
Another injured person was reported from the neighboring Kharkiv region. Ukrainian military sources indicate that more than 110 locations along the front line and the Russian border were shelled within a day.
