A study by Consumer Reports analyzed which car owners are most and least satisfied with their choice— and several of the most popular car brands surprisingly rank lower on the list.

Consumer Reports analyzed 300,000 cars from model years 2022-2025. The key question was: "Would you buy a car from this brand again?"
The results reveal significant differences between brands. Below, the car brands are ranked based on owner satisfaction. The percentage indicates how many owners would consider purchasing from the same brand again.
Jeep (51%)

Jeep owners report the most dissatisfaction. Many complain about reliability issues, ride comfort, and interior quality.

Mercedes (53%)
