Recent days have seen a surge in media speculation concerning Russian President Vladimir Putin's health, fueled by his increasingly erratic behavior.
The latest incident, involving Putin's watch, has only intensified the scrutiny.
A video recently surfaced on Anton Gerashchenko's social media profile, who is an Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The video shows Putin inexplicably removing his watch in the middle of a speech. He then calmly placed it on the table and continued speaking.
This isn't the first time Putin's watch has been the subject of attention; Gerashchenko cited a tweet from August 2023 where Putin was seen checking the time on an empty wrist, seemingly unaware that his watch was on his other hand.

Deteriorating health or simple oversight?
While Putin has been making headlines for various health-related rumors, including alleged heart attacks and ICU stays, his recent public appearances have done little to quell these speculations.
For example, he recently addressed the riots in Dagestan, and those who observed him noted a gradual decline in his health. However, it's worth mentioning that none of these health claims have been substantiated.
The dementia theory
The watch incidents, along with other peculiar behaviors captured in photos and videos, have led some to suggest that Putin may be showing early signs of dementia. While this remains a theory, it has gained traction among those closely watching the Russian leader's actions.
