Russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine’s Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast during the night of February 13.
The strikes targeted civilian infrastructure, destroying a private enterprise, a funeral agency, and multiple homes, according to regional governor Serhiy Lysak in a post on Telegram.
The Marhanets community was targeted by kamikaze drones, while Nikopol was hit with artillery and Grad multiple-launch rocket systems.
The strikes caused a fire at a private business, which rescue teams have since extinguished. Damage was also reported at a funeral agency, ten private homes, two outbuildings, power lines, and a gas pipeline.
Lysak confirmed that there were no casualties, but the attack further devastated local infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Vostok Air Command successfully shot down seven enemy drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region. Over the past 24 hours, 13 settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast also came under intense Russian shelling.
