One couple has taken their affection for their five Labradors to a whole new level by sharing their bed with them every night, despite the dogs taking up quite a bit of space.
To make this snuggle fest possible, it requires a king-size bed and a well-thought-out plan of who lies where and in what position. A video capturing their evening ritual of getting into bed is nothing short of astonishing. These owners treat their dogs as family members, which is evident even at night when the dogs have an equal right to sleep in the bed.
A game of tetris
Sleeping with such a large group in one bed requires everyone to follow specific rules about where and when to lie down and what position to take.
The arrangement is quite precise, and there is an order to getting into bed. The dogs know exactly in which order to enter the bed and where to lie down. They are indeed well-behaved.
According to the owners, the dogs love sleeping with them and don't feel cramped. They are content with the situation, as are the owners, who can't imagine spending a night away from their beloved pets.
