In a society where coffee is not just a beverage but a ritual, many fail to savor it correctly, according to esteemed Romanian doctor, Alexandru Vlad Ciurea.

Despite the warnings from some healthcare professionals about coffee's potential hypertensive effects, Dr. Ciurea advocates for its inclusion in daily routines under one crucial condition: it must be consumed slowly and with full enjoyment.

"Coffee is meant to be drunk. It's not only about the taste or the aroma; it's about the pleasure and relaxation it brings," Dr. Ciurea told DC Medical according to Romanian TV. He emphasizes that coffee should not be excluded from our lives but instead be integrated into moments of relaxation.

"It's perfect. Our approach to coffee should consider various aspects such as its color, aroma, the time it takes to prepare, and our personal preferences."

Dr. Ciurea advises starting the day with coffee, but in a relaxed manner. "It should not be consumed in a rush, nor while juggling other tasks like holding a child or a phone. Coffee should represent a moment of relaxation and enjoyment."

He personally looks forward to his second cup in the afternoon as he resumes his work, finding equal pleasure in this ritual.

Coffee's role extends beyond its physical consumption, serving as a medium for relaxation and pleasure. Dr. Ciurea's insights shed light on the importance of appreciating the finer details of coffee preparation and consumption, making every sip a moment to cherish.

When you think about it, do you usually enjoy your coffee in complete peace, or do you drink it in a hurry because you're busy and need a quick energy boost?
