The Lebanese Health Ministry has confirmed that 123 people have been killed and 359 injured in Israeli airstrikes across different parts of the country within the past 24 hours.
The updated figures were reported by the Elnashra portal on Sunday.
The village of Ain El Delb, located near the town of Saida, about 60 kilometers from Beirut, experienced the highest number of casualties. The death toll there increased to 32, with 53 others injured.
Nasser Yassin, Lebanon's Environment Minister and coordinator of the Emergency Operations Centre, said during a press conference in Beirut on September 29 that the number of refugees fleeing the conflict has surged to 250,000.
Yassin noted that most of the displaced have found shelter in 777 centers set up across the country to accommodate those affected by the strikes.
