Donald Trump is leading in all seven key swing states as ballot counts continue, potentially signaling a strong path to victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election, according to CNN.

These critical states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Wisconsin—are essential to reaching the 270 electoral votes needed to secure the presidency.

With nearly half of the ballots processed in Arizona, Trump holds a slim lead with 49.8% over Democratic candidate Kamala Harris’ 49.3%.

In Georgia, Trump is currently ahead with 50.7% after 93% of the vote has been counted.

Michigan shows Trump leading with 51.3% of the vote, with 44% of ballots processed.

In Pennsylvania, one of the most influential swing states offering 19 electoral votes, Trump holds 51.2% of the vote, compared to Harris’ 47.7%, with 83% of ballots processed.

North Carolina’s tally, which is 90% complete, also shows Trump leading at 50.8%, and projections from Associated Press, The New York Times, and Bloomberg suggest a likely victory for Trump in this state, securing an additional 16 electoral votes.

Trump’s lead in these battleground states has him poised to cross the electoral vote threshold.

Fox News currently places him at 232 electoral votes, while Harris trails with 216. The New York Times forecasts Trump to secure an average of 300 electoral votes, giving him a comfortable margin over Harris.
