Russian forces launched a series of deadly attacks on Ukraine on October 8, hitting several regions and leaving three civilians dead and at least 14 others injured.
The strikes targeted residential buildings, educational institutions, and medical facilities across Donetsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions.
At 4:58 p.m., Russian forces dropped three KAB-250 bombs on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, resulting in the death of one woman and injuries to six others, according to Ukrainian police reports.
Two of the bombs struck residential buildings, while the third hit an educational institution.

A 77-year-old woman was killed by a direct hit to one of the buildings.
Among the injured are three men, aged 30, 45, and 73, and three women, aged 61, 73, and 83. The 45-year-old man is in critical condition with shrapnel wounds to his head, neck, and back.
Police paramedics provided on-site assistance to the wounded.
Russian shelling also targeted Stepanivka in the Kherson region, injuring two medics. In the Kharkiv region, an attack on Kruhliakivka killed one woman and injured another civilian.
An overnight attack on Odesa hit a residential high-rise building and a medical facility, injuring five people. Three of the injured are in critical condition and remain hospitalized.
