At least 13 people have been injured following Russian air strikes on Kharkiv late Sunday, October 20, according to Ukraine's State Emergency Service.
The attack, which occurred around 10:00 p.m., targeted residential areas and civilian infrastructure, hitting power lines, apartment buildings, garages, gas stations, private homes, and vehicles. Two small fires broke out but were quickly brought under control by emergency responders.

Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 10 people at the scene.
As of 3:00 a.m. on Monday, the number of injured had climbed to 13. The strikes involved guided aerial bombs, marking another escalation in the ongoing conflict.
