Early this morning, Russian forces struck a residential building in Chuguyev in the Kharkiv region. The attack resulted in injuries to seven residents, including a 14-year-old boy.
The Attack
Around 4 o'clock in the morning of July 19th, Russian troops launched an attack on a residential area in Chuguyev, located in the Kharkiv region.
Oleg Synegubov, head of the regional military administration, reported on Telegram that the enemy hit the central part of the city twice.

Seven people were injured in the attack, including a 14-year-old boy. All victims were hospitalized with shrapnel injuries, but there is no threat to their lives.
First Strike: The initial hit occurred near a residential building. Nine cars caught fire, and the windows of nine-story and five-story buildings, as well as the roof and windows of a two-story residential building and two shops, were damaged.
Second Strike: The second hit damaged administrative buildings, the windows of an unfinished five-story building, and a private house.
Rescue workers, doctors, law enforcement agencies, and all emergency services are actively working to address the aftermath of the attack. "All emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of Russian terror," said Synegubov.
Ukrinform reported that the Russians once again destroyed the crossing over the Oskil River in the Kupyansk community of Kharkiv Oblast.
